Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to medical office standards and protocols
- Utilize electronic health record systems, such as Athenahealth, for documentation purposes

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in behavioral health or mental health settings

- Valid RN in MA or compact state
- Experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- Proficiency in airway management techniques and ICU protocols
- Strong knowledge of administering injections and other medical procedures
- Familiarity with primary care principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,268.00 per week
